Too bad you & the Mrs. can't make it. I'm sure you're tuckered out from PF, besides at the rate we're we're going with all the friggin rain I might as well bought a boat. I actually cut my vacation because of the weather  Lets see if the weather gets better for the Bear Mountain ride.

does everyone agree on the meetup place i suggested? its perfect, as it is just before the thruway. perhaps all going should give cell #'s via pm to confirm so were all on the same page

its gotta be ok by the 12Th- i mean it cant rain all the freaking time! (can it?)

i hope my exhaust system holds up. i was driving around last weekend wondering why all of a sudden the car sound much better and had a little more power, and i discover theres a hole the size of my fist in the muffler, not to mention the rear y-pipe is trashed from years of abuse! im not to upset, since im planning to ditch the entire system for a true dual anyway

lets not forget that scary looking puddle of red fluid coming from underneath somewhere! (i hope its just the tranny cooling line)

or the strange creaking sound coming from the rear when i come to a stop at a traffic light.

whats a corvette without a long repair to-do list?

I'm confused, who is leaving from Dover, Steve or Warbird?

By the way Cookie, the apt. complex is Oakwood Village. When did you live here? I've been here since '84, but was always around here in the '70's before I got married since my brother lived here. He Managed a few bars in the area, The City Desk, The Bartley House, both were on 206.

Yup, oakwood Village it is. I lived thereabout 19 years ago when they newly built the apartments at the entrance. As a matter of fact, I was the first to move in out of all the new apartments. I only lived there for one year, then I went back home to my wife

Steve & Dave, it looks like it's just us, unless you guys want to wait a couple of weeks to see if our group increases. I'm leaving Tuesday on a business trip and will be back on Weds before noon.
