Not sure if permit is required.
Jeremy can you answer that ?
There are BBQ's and Tables together.
Bring the Dogs and rolls.
Dunkin Donuts and a couple of gas stations on Rt. 22 are located just east of the entrance road, if needed.
I think all that is needed now is C3VR members, non-alcoholic drinks,
and at what time to meet?

Vette(s): My 1974 Vette sold last August 2014. I am still willing to show up to events and local gatherings if anything happening No new vette yet.
Yes they have picnic tables in three parking areas. they have grills there for all to use. i do not believe there are restrictions on what you bring providing that we throw it all away the right way. they dont check your car at the gate. they let you drive right thru.
yes you have to bring your own charcoal we went through two small bags of it last year and that filled the grille half way. also need lighter fluid. the pre soaked ones didnt light fast enough and didnt work so well but i imagine thats all they sell these days so we will simply have to make due and start the grille ahead of time.

no permit is required unless it is a car show where you are making a profit and entering others into an event. this is a BBQ but we all just happen to drive vettes.

to get others to show up the best way is to form an invite then go down the list of total members and PM each of them with the invite to the BBQ and wait for responses. most dont get a chance to sign on all the time

october 28th is the date and a rain date of Nov 4th
So if it isn't raining in NJ Sunday morning, I'll be there.
I'll have to stop at a supermarket and pick up a salad or baked beans or dessert. If I get there and you wimps don't show, I will be PO'd.
DaveM has my cell. Call me Saturday to let me know of any last minute changes.
Pray for no rain.

How's 11AM sound? We need people to let us know what they will bring.
This kinda short notice but hey, that makes it more fun.

For any non-locals, what is the nearest town or zip code so we can use mapquest or Google?
Will you have a sign at the main entrance to the park?
Anyone have a C3VR banner they can bring?
Jeremy- Can you update the first post with names of those planning to attend and what they will bring.
Put me down for one and I will bring a potato salad or baked beans.
