I just may be able to make it. My seminar for that day is in Northen NJ (Mine Hill) if I get done by noon, I can be there by 2:00 PM.
If I can make it, what should I bring ?

chips, cracker, drinks, etc.... basically bring items that wouldn't be critical to the BBQ just incase you dont make it.

I just contacted the park. they are open all year, they never close. no permits are needed unless we charge admission or sell merchandise (which we aren't). They suggested we set up in a main parkinglot of theirs and that the east picnic area is the only area with active rest rooms. so if anything we drive over there when needed i guess. I talked with the office and told them it was just a bunch of us having a BBQ and bringing our cars with no alcoholic beverages. And they said thank you for calling to make sure.
So That's one worry out of the way.
