I will be in atendance, but will have to leave earlier than 6PM.
I have to manually lift headlights.
I will bring 25(?) each utensils, plates, napkins and
BBQ spatula & fork.
Let me know if Qty is too low.

I will add you to the list.  I don't think you are in any danger of having too few supplies at 25.  We'll be lucky if we use 10.

Vette(s): My 1974 Vette sold last August 2014. I am still willing to show up to events and local gatherings if anything happening No new vette yet.
ok so i just bought a 14 1/2" round grill. yes it is small and if someone else has room for a grill and wants to bring it he/she could.  i think this one will hold four burgers or several hotdogs etc...  i am driving my C3 so i have limited space since i have basically no trunk space whatsoever and i just did my interior so no urge to load things up on it or rip it.  as it gets closer i will buy other items but i was near a home depot today during lunch and figured why not.

i got a small bag of charcoal here i will bring with me as well.  more the merrier.   just found it. we have had natural gas grill here for years. i told my dad about the get together and out of no where he gives me a bag of charcoal to use or get rid of.  i got one of those grill lighters too from him.

ok.  so i made a list and when it gets closer i will buy these:
Ketchup, Mustard (regular and spicy), mayonaise, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, relish, american and swiss cheese, salt and pepper. the hamburgers and buns.

Is there anything i am forgetting?
