Looks like I'll be coming by myself. My son is going to be over my Mom's house.  Not sure if I'll bring the Vette or not.

My dad will be coming for part of the early part of it.  so far the weather is holding up. they claim the rain is just tomorrow and not tomrrow night.  i will buy everything else tomrrow for the event when i get off of work.

I just got a call at 6:53pm tonight from DaveM.  He is in Ohio and won't be abel to show up to it due to a job interview. he says sorry and hi to everyone he wont be able to see.

Hi Adam,
Looks like my wife is getting over her cold so we would like to join you at Round Valley.  If ok I will bring a great desert.  Cheese breads from Mastoris Diner in Bordentown NJ.  Great tasting stuff!  Look forward to meeting you all.  Since my 68 is not running, will be in my Expedition.  See you saturday.

There are three picnic areas within the recreation area; two are located on tree-shaded grassy spots at each end of the beach, and the third is on a hill overlooking the reservoir and park. At each picnic area the visitor will find tables and grills, restrooms, and playgrounds. Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

this is from a site talking about Round valley. i will check the park out and see where the best spot is.  forecast tomrrow is supposed to be 59 degrees and partly cloudy. so make sure you bring a jacket or sweat shirt if you dont like the cool weather.  from the last time i talked to the park, they said only one section would be open for rest rooms.  i will check it all out and leave a basic idea later on today.
also, who will take over the hot dogs and buns since DaveM no longer can make it?  if no one vouches for this i will pick it up I guess.
More to come later.   Jeremy h.

If anybody has any Banners or such to make the tent stand out. it would make our picstures look a bit better plus any random C3 driving by (maybe, hopefully) could pull in.  i will bring mine but it is the 2 X 4 one not the big one we had in Tenn.

I will be there after 12pm  Don't think I'll be there exactly at 12p. Possibly by 1pm.  I will bring the charcoal & lighter fluid, 10x10 tent as originally said.  Jeremy...if you feel you are spending too much money to get what you said PLUS hot dogs, we can all chip in to give you some $$ for it.

As far as the banner... I can bring them, but I think it is overkill for the 5 people we're gonna have and the probable very small amount of people in the park.

See ya tomorrow!

yeah forget the banner. maybe if it were mor epeople and a more busy park or time of the year, but not now. i agree.

Ok. i went there this afternoon (my first time).  the lady at the desk at the info office was the warmth of a snow pea.  but i got a map.  the road is relatively easy. the east picnic area is where we will be initially set up. the tables are close to the cars, bathrooms are active (the rest of the ones at the park are closed for the year), and there are tables and grills there.

today it was very cold and windy, tomorrow it is supposed to be warmer but as you can imagine it will have a cool breeze off the water so bring something to stay warm.

Adam And I talked. he will take care of the hotdogs and buns.  I got 8 burgers at the store tonight with all the condiments.  I will look into more charcoal and such later tonight at a nearby home depot.  do we need more food?   i see a small amount of members names but how many people is that?  oh well, there is a store nearby to hit up if needed. i know the area.

well. it is easy to access of Rt.22, signs and all.

See you all tomrrow.

Jeremy
