Paul, I know it's late but I would like to join you guys on Sat. Not positive if I can bring the Vette but would come anyway. I'll be coming from the I80/206 area. Don't know why but I did not see this post before now.

OK...So far so good, I suppose.  I got new rubber put on the vette, and ordered a front end alignment, only to be told, (& showed) the upper control arm bushings are bad on pass side.

While that in its self not going to stop me, I really haven't had any time to put some miles on the car since it got back moving & stopping, and it appears the trip to Howell is around 80 miles each way from Rockaway.  I plan to get it out on Rt 80 and put some miles on it Friday afternoon, & see what happens. I leaning on bringing the vette, and my AAA card.   Worst case, My wife & I hop on the bike and cruise on down.  See ya around 1-2pm

Cheers

I've been trying to keep count I think it's between 12 & 16. Not bad, I'll tell you what, I feel almost as if I was going on my first date  . As far as I know Howell Township is a very nice area, besides, judging from some attending members past employement history I think are cars are very safe. Besides, I would think Paul would invite us to his home if there was even a remote possibility of a safety issue with our cars.
