Just roll in Thursday evening if you'd like. Nothing planned for Thursday except for meet and greet/dinner in the evening. I will meet everyone there around 5 ish.
The hotel has a shuttle to take us from the hotel to their restaurant "Salvatore's." So if you want to have a few drinks you don't have to worry about driving back to the hotel. I figure we'd have a nice relaxing evening since most of y'all are driving a distance to get here.

******UPDATE******
Who else is coming or thinking of coming?
So far since the group is so small it is hard to get group rates and reservations.
I know time is ticking quickly and I'm scurrying to get an itinerary in place in the next week.
****I will tighten up times when the events will take place. I also may have to flip flop Friday and Saturdays events. I'm awaiting return calls.****
Thurs: Oct 4th
Arrive and check in at Salvatores.
5 pm: Meet and Greet
6 pm: Dinner @ Brennan's Bowery Bar.
Friday: Oct 5th
8 am: Breakfast at hotel (Recommended we do a light breakfast)
8:45 am: Depart for East Aurora
9:30 am: Arrive in East Aurora
11:00 am: Lunch in East Aurora.
There are many places to eat there, we will point out all the places and you are free to roam around and chose on your own. Or you can join us at the Elm St. Bakery. We have to stop at Vidler's 5 & 10. People from all over come to check this place out.
12:30 pm Depart for the Fall foliage train ride with the Arcade & Attica Railroad. (2 Hours long.) $13 per person.
The engine may be one of their vintage WWII Diesel engines or a 1920 ALCO Steam engine.
The coaches are circa 1920. Relax and enjoy the ride.
4 pm: After the train ride ends we'll head back to hotel to freshen up.
5:30 pm: Depart Hotel for Elma
6 pm Dinner at "The Elma Town Grill"
Sat: Oct 6th
7 am: Breakfast at Hotel
8:30 am Depart hotel for Niagara Falls
9:30-11:30 walk around the Falls
11:30 Depart Niagara Falls for Lockport Locks.
12:30 Arrive at the Lockport Locks/Erie Canal Boat Tour. (2 Hours long.) $13 per person
3:00 pm depart Lockport Locks for Lewiston. Nice scenic ride along Lake Ontario
Dinner in Lewiston. We'll wing it. Location dependent on weather.
Sun: Oct 7th
7am Breakfast at Hotel
Depending on when people will be leaving we could take a nice scenic ride through the southern tier to look at
the fall foliage and hit a diner for a fast lunch.
Or we could take a ride down to the Buffalo Naval Park to check out our waterfront and the Navy Ships and
submarines. It's really nice down there now.
Keep in mind Monday is Columbus Day for ya'll that have that day off if you want to stay for part of Sunday.
Thanks,
Sarge

Ok, here are my plans. I will be in Erie with my wife for her Postal union seminar.
This will be without my Vette.
Both my wife and I will drive up (about an hour drive) to attend Thurs. night dinner.

Dan, Sounds like your going to be putting some miles on under your belt.
Awesome!!! I appreciate your effort in attending.
It makes me feel better and less discouraged due to the low turn out count so far.
For everyone coming:
****One of our local news stations did a visit this morning at the Roycroft. Nice coverage about the Artisans and what they design and craft.****

As a matter of fact due to your reminder about Monday being holiday we will most likely hook up with what's left of the gang on Sunday and tag along with you on the site seeing, especially if you head south in the direction we need to go
