|UPDATED|3/21/2012 6:30:25 PM (AZT)|/UPDATED|
C3VR Member Agenda:
- 10:00am: We'll meet at the spectator entrance in "Hall A" of the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at 10am. Once inside, I don't think it will make sense for us to stick together as an entire group. We'll probably want to tour at our own pace. So we can regroup at lunch. Admission is $15 for adults, $5 ages 6-12, Free under 6. Military get $5 discount with military ID. All other can get a $2 discount with this coupon!
- 12:30pm: We can meet as a group at Max & Erma's restaurant (which is in the same complex as the conference center, but you'll still likely want to drive over there) for lunch.
- After Lunch (maybe 2pm): In true C3VR get-together fashion, there is a go-kart track, Arnold's Family Fun Center, right next door to the conference center. Depending on which cart you choose, it will cost between $9 and $15 per race.
- After Go-Karts: for those of you that want to go back into the show, you can do so without a charge to re-enter. The show is open until 11pm.
RSVP:
- Please reply to this thread to let us know if you are attending, and if you will be meeting us at 10 am for arrival, at 12:30pm for lunch and/or for Go-Karts after. Tell us how many people you'll have for each part.
- Please RSVP by 3/22 so reservations can be made!
Hope to see you there!

That sounds good to me, Adam....if there are any arrangements that need to be made for the dinner, if you don't mind, I would like to hand that off to you.

As of now, Nadine & I are in. Not sure of our schedule just yet, but will give you a firm answer as soon as we know for sure.

Is everyone planning to get there at 10am?
What time do you think we should meet for lunch. I'm sure I could be through the show in 2 hours, but I don't know if everyone else will feel the same way.
Thoughts?

Man it's always about food with you

10 AM is OK with me. I've never been to the show so can't say how long it would take to go thru. I would say 12:30 would be a good time.
They have $2 off admission coupons on that web site that Dan put up. Make sure you all get one.
