Jimmy...
I added this event to the Event Calendar for you.
Also, call me stupid, but what exactly is a "Poker Run" anyway?

A "Poker Run" is where you go to different stops on the run and you get a playing card. At the end of the run, whoever makes the best "hand" out of their cards, wins a prize. At least that's how they do the motorcycle ones that I have been on
Hi Adam - Like 82DUKMAN says : it is essentially conducted like a rallye - you get a set of directions and along the course are locations (I believe 7 of them) where you draw a card from the deck - at the end of the rallye you select the best 5 cards to make up your "hand" (it's like 7 card stud poker)- the best hand wins 1st place, the next best gets 2nd place, and the next best after that gets 3rd - For a $5.00 entry fee, you could win $600, $300, or $100 - not too shabby !! I'm definitely going to give it a try !! Also, the band they have that night is really good and the event always draws a hugh crowd!! Come on over !!
