Bob (Bigtoe) expressed interest in OC so he's a maybe! I gotta get on Mike and try to get him there! (love his pictures, he's OK too) Hank and I are already registered. Hopefully Dan can get his tranny straightened out in time, but I expect him either way (hint, hint). I gotta take my door apart this weekend and see if I can figure out why the latch is hanging up. No biggie (except when it won't latch Angry ). Let's see if we can get a big turnout! Last show of the year, you know!

Started to remove tranny today, getting it out tomorrow to try to figure out clutch problem....BUT while I was under there I noticed the right front brake caliper leaking fluid down the tire onto the floor, so more $$$$ and work into the money pit  before I could make Corvettes for Chip....You might have to come up and pick me up Barry Exclamation

Only trouble is, that will be REAL HARD if Jackie goes! With her transport chair, you can't even lay in the back (not that that would be possible ,either). Did you just replace the rear calipers before?

Rick, we all have a good time anyway, whether more show up or not! By the way, I thought Paul was coming and maybe bringing his lovely bride!

I almost forgot! Hank and I will be at WaWa at 7 am Nov. 6. Should have wives in tow.

P.S. Tore both doors apart today. I think I found the problem causing the latch not to work. It seems the driver's side mechinism was binding occasionally, sticking the lock lever in the center. A little cleaning, a little white lithium grease, and we're good as new. You an even unlock the door from the driver's side with the key! (very difficult previously). Then a wire broke off the power lock switch, MAN!!!!! Fixed that and then put on the new armrest (broke the old one trying to get the door to shut). Always something!!!!

I'll be heading out from LukesVette HQ about 630 AM to meet  up at Hanks Diner at 8.  If anyone from NJ is planning to go and wants to meet up at the Pa Turnpike Interchange I'd estimate being there by 7 AM or a tad after.

Unless a miracle occurs I won't make this show either. Pulled trans yesterday and planned to take to trans guy for new seals....pretty oily outside and a little low on gear oil....unfortunately he can't work on it un til next week....won't have it back in time to go. Cry
