Heres a great weekend I've got planned in August if anyone is interested in joining me.  I know that a lot of you might want to do the XXX Root Beer All Corvette Show which is always a blast, well lets add a show on Saturday also.   A bunch of us have done the Skykomish Show and Shine before, it's on Saturday August 22nd and then we can travel from Skykomish through the mountains to Issaquah, spend the night and do the XXX Root Beer All Corvette Show on August 23rd.

Skykomish is a cute little Railroad Town in the mountains up State Route 2 (aka the highway of death) and they shut down the whole tiny downtown for the great show and shine, they have a awsome pancake breakfast, and lots of great raffle prizes, just ask Larry about his cute Christmas Vest that he won LOL
 
Anyone else interested in doing the two shows?  I'm going to make my reservations at the Grand Motel 6 in Issaquah for the night of the 22nd, who else is interested?

Vette(s): had a really nice one. sold it to a good friend. Purchased 2004 custom coupe in Feb. 2009 did not tell anyone here until August 2009. BAD I KNOW.
mark i am going to have to look at what is going on in laceys business but will look at joining you for the trip out of town, ya know i won;t have a C3 but i will still hang with you

We are going to try and do both shows along with you Mark.
 
We need to get together and do some cruising. You had the car out much? I've already had numerous "top-off" cruises locally around town and down on the waterfront.

hey there mark, looks like that is going to be a week end that we have nothing booked for laceys business, yet, so i put it down on calendar and gave a note to dee dee to clear her schedule, 98% sure we are going with you.  are we driving up that morning?  if so you plan the trip up and let me know when i have to meet you in oly.

Larry and Ed, are you planning on doing both shows.  Karla and I are driving up to Skykomish early Saturday morning, spending Saturday night in Issaquah.  We will have to come up with a place to meet in Tacoma or along I-5, maybe the rest area by the Water Park would be good, what do you think?
