Just found this thread!
Well we have a room but are still WAY up in the air about the trip.
We just moved from the Rochester house (and 20 years of "stuff") to the farm in Satsop and that at least is done. Now I live with the cars and thats way cool.
If we drive looks like we would take the 73. But we would take a week to drive out and just drive fast and stop at cool places.
Really I doubt we are going to make it but who knows? Stranger things have happened!

Hello John, I have not been on the site for a while now so not up to date with things, just found this forum. I am still in the running and would like to go to Effingham, not 100% sure yet but working on it now as I have to book the time off work to go. I have it at just about 2300 miles for me if I met you at Idaho Falls, would that be the way you would go? Larry are you driving the 04 and is Dee Dee going as well? I see Mark may be on the road, if not support vehicle anyone:):):) They did such a great job going to Bend, anyone else coming from that area? The Captain is up for it I know, so if I am not going he needs a ride:):):) Look forward to hearing from you guys.
Eric...

Well time has come, I will not be attending the Effingham gathering. To take enough time off work to make it happen will not work for me this year. Will try to get Captain C3 down to Larry for the trip east and get a visit in. Cheers to all that will be there, safe travels.
Eric...
OK guys and gals, we are coming down the home stretch.
Is it just going to be Terry and Elba?
Be safe and watch out for the smokies.
