Man I was planning on driving down with Larry but I'm flying to Connecticut now during that time.  My Mom's not well and gotta see her while I can.

I hope I can make this event next summer

I wanted to try and make it this year as I have family in Tigard and Sherwood. But will be in Tennessee at this time. Next year

Vette(s): had a really nice one. sold it to a good friend. Purchased 2004 custom coupe in Feb. 2009 did not tell anyone here until August 2009. BAD I KNOW.

my accountant and I will be in attendence again this year, it is a very good time, friday night hosted by hooters, and not the owls either, will have to have pic again this year of hooter on the hood, saturday they have a great BBQ.  The folks in that club are awesome, still considering joining but it is 21/2 hour each way foe a meeting.

Mt Hood Corvettes will hold its  Annual Corvette Owner’s Barbecue.

Under a sponsorship by Russ Chevrolet of Tigard, a local Corvette Owners club will host its 5th Annual all corvette show and barbecue on June 23th, 2007.  Mt Hood Corvettes hosts this popular event, which draws some of the finest Corvettes from the local area.  This year there will be guests from as far away as Southern California, Central Oregon and the Northern reaches of Washington.

The Saturday events will kick-off with registration, at Russ Chevrolet of Tigard, at 9:00 am and the awards will be distributed around 2:00 pm.  The car show will be preempted by a hospitality event at the Homestead Studio Suites Hotel in Tigard from 6 pm to 10 pm.  This will get the weekend started with food, games and pre-registration.  All a part of the $20.00 registration fee, you will receive Friday entry, as well as Saturday.  Included will be morning breakfast of coffee and pastries and Saturday lunch provided once again by Busters Barbecue.  This promises to be a great way to spend Friday evening and Saturday and see some beautiful Corvettes. On Saturday June 243h, 2007 the public is invited to stroll through the Russ Chevrolet parking lot and take a closer look at Corvettes from the last 50 plus years.
