Olympic Club Pub has a room which will handle us (15ish) but it is in use from 2-4 pm. We could have the room after 5 or take our chances in the pub. If we met then, it sounds like JT could make it too. This sound OK?
The Portland convoy (and Glen) could meet at the usual spot around 3:30.

Is the usual spot the name of a Tavern? or street
I am going to assume it's the truck-stop in Troutdale.

Please confirm
Sorry Glen. I meant the Burgerville. If 5pm works for everyone, I'll make the call tomorrow. Karen and I might get a room for the night.

Done!! We have the mezzanine in the pub reserved for 5pm. It holds about 16 people.

What time in Woodland? 4:00?
I'm thinking 3:30 in Woodland - just to be safe.
