Thats a good one...maybe the new president can make things better.  But I doubt it.  Sad but true....

Seems like members of Congress don't pay taxes either.  President Obama has had several nominations for cabinet posts drop out after it was found they "forgot" to pay all their taxes.  Yeah, right.   Angry

Chip, I got the information from the newspaper and tv news.  Yesterday, Sen. Tom Daschle dropped out for Secretary of Health and Human Resources and also, Nancy Killefer dropped out for deputy director of the Office of Management and Budget.   Both dropped out because of unpaid back taxes.  Also, Gov. Bill Richardson dropped out because of alleged  "pay to play" politics at home in New Mexico.  Sure gettin hard to find an honest politician anymore, ain't it?

PS... Almost forgot about Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner who was confirmed after he paid his back taxes.   Nuf said...
