Catholic or Protestant?

A little boy was walking down a dirt road after church one Sunday afternoon.  When he came to a fork in the road, he met a little girl coming from the other direction.

“Hello,” he said.

“Hi,” replied the little girl.

“Where are you going?” asked the little boy.

“I’ve been to Mass and now I’m on my way to my auntie’s,” answered the little girl.

“I’m on my way home from the Baptist church,” replied the little boy.

They discovered that they were both going the same way, so they naturally walked together.

They came to a low spot in the road where spring rains had created a puddle nearly a foot deep.  They looked all around, but there was no way they could get across without getting wet.  “If I get mud on my new Sunday dress, my mom will never forgive me,” said the little girl.

“My mom told me just before I left this morning not to get my best Sunday suit wet,” the little boy replied.

“I’ll tell you what I think I’ll do,” said the little girl.  “I’m gonna take off all my clothes and hold them over my head and wade across.”

“That’s a good idea,” the little boy replied.  “I’m going to do the same thing with my suit.”
