In states where it's allowed, does anyone here besides me carry? What's your weapon of choice?

I'll start.....

Im almost always armed (excpet when Im in the shower).  Used to carry a .45 commander but in recent years have opted for a S&W model 60 in an ankle rig.

I wish I could but sadly the dems run Illinois and I am too close to Chicago.

Larry, you can still usually find the ammo you need but it is not nearly as plentiful as a year ago, or before the presidential election.  Reloading components are also more difficult to find and more expensive.  This situation will probably get worse rather than better.

My favorite carry pistol is a Series 70 Colt Combat Commander. One of five different 1911 Government Model's that I have to choose from. Wanna see some more?

H&K USP 9mm.  Thinking of getting something a little easier to carry.  A .380 or a 5-shot .357, perhaps.

Ammo's been a bear to find in Oregon.  When you can find it, there's a 4 or 5 box limit.  And prices are up about 50% over last year.

If you're thinking about carrying through several states, consider a Utah CHL.  It's recognized in 32 states (not OR) and you don't have to be a resident.
