to watch something incredible. This guy, Alan Kahn, is a master at the speed bag, and a drummer. Watch what he can do with the speed bag and some music. He refers to it as "punch drumming."

I've been into speed bagging for almost a year now, and have spoken with him on several occasions. He's a great guy.

BTW, he had just recouperated from back surgery ( about two years ago) when he posted the video, thus the funny-looking haircut.
