I just received this e-mail from my brother. He has a 23 T Bucket.

Hey man, might put the bucket on the trailer and head out of Dodge as Gustav heads into the gulf.  If it heads here, we're gone, northbound (don't kow how far we'll go) but far enough to keep away from it.  We've already put up a lot of stuff from downsatirs to the second floor.  Don't want to lose wheat we did from Katrina.  I'll keep you posted.       Ed

Well I am hear to tell you, everyone is very concerned, packing up and out asap. 
 
We are hoping for the best, for everyone in our neighboring states as well, since this could turn into a bad situation.  Please keep in mind there are three others out there now, as I write this. 
 
Contraflow - which means all Interstate lanes are utilized for leaving the area if you are not familiar with the term is to start for all elderly, nursing home, medical patients this Saturday through ambulance assistance with the remaining population starting on Sunday.
 
I am surely bumbed as I manage a very busy commercial/industrial roofing company and we have been working our tails off for the last three years and another hit would be a real bummer!
 
The bright side is the local, state and federal government is way ahead on this one as the PSA's have been thorough and numerous.
 
Also All offshore refinery personnel have been transported mainland, so drilling HAS STOPPED!
 
Please pray for everyone!  If you have never been around one of these things, they are like a 18-24 hour tornado with a lot of rain!
