With my one vote, it is now 49% NO to 51% YES
It would be more interesting to see the TOTAL number of "votes"...

Well, I just voted NOT to loose "IN God We Trust", I believe its is the right thing to keep it. Its now 43% to 57% for keeping the statement.

What makes our country great, is the fact that people can express an opinion, and not be oppressed by the government. Thsi being an NBC poll, I am not at all suprised by the high vote against. Afterall, who watches NBC to know about voting?

Can I ask a question?

If I vote "no", does that make me a BAD person?

I may regret asking this question, but I must.

[/QUOTE] Actually the answer is no you are not a bad person. You just have a different point of view. That is the beautyHeart of a democracyThumbs%20Up. You can go with the separation of church from state...........which in a sense is correct................so you got me.  There aren't any bad persons regardless of your vote. Now do you regret your asking, or do I regret making it good/bad? The answer is: I'm wrongOuch to make that equation. Thanks for asking!Clap

Sundew, you are welcome to your thoughts.  It does not make you a bad person.  Some people are bad due to there thoughts, but I don't think so this time.

I would like to inquire as to why you feel that way.  Educate those who disagree with you.   Granted I will still disagree, but perhaps I will be more educated to other thought processes.  You have my curiosity up.
