A group of people were laughing and making a disturbance at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier?

The guard told the group of people in a stern, but professional manor, to basically "shut up".

Not a peep was heard afterwards.

Notice how he went about it....stepped off the black mat, made his comments and proceeded to the end of the mat without getting back on. He then stepped back onto the black mat and began his 21 steps again.
