DON’T KNOW IF THE PHOTO IS AUTHENTIC (SINCE TEAM SIX DOESN’T OFFICIALLY EXIST) BUT I WOULD HAVE GIVEN MY BEER RATION AND CIGARS TO HAVE THE “DECKED OUT” M14 (KNEELING SHOOTER ON LEFT) IN NAM BACK IN 1967.

  
   Navy  SEAL Team 6:
 
 This is what the Navy Seal team looked like when they went in to get Bin Laden.
         
        A  couple of things to notice:

50 caliber sniper on the  right.
Knee, knuckle and forearm  protection.
Various  plastic/wire ties.
Free choice  of footwear.
Fourth from  the right has three artillery simulators and CS gas  grenades on his belly.  He’s the 'shock and awe'  guy.

It appears to be plastic people from the looks of the undressed portions of the arms. However I believe it to be an accurate portrayal of how a Seal team would be outfitted.
