Topic: Neighbor's house

This is supposedly a true story. A city councilman in Utah, Mark Easton, had a beautiful view of the east mountains until a new neighbor purchased the lot below his house and built. Apparently the new house was 18" higher than the ordinances would allow. Easton, mad about his lost view went to the city to make sure they enforced the lower roofline ordinance. He and his new neighbor had some arguments about this as can be imagined and bad feelings. The new neighbor had to drop his roofline, obviously at great expense.
Recently Easton called the city and informed them that his new neighbor had installed some vents in the side of his house. He didn't like the looks of these vents and asked the city to investigate. When they went to his home to see the vent view, this is what they saw.......
