Yesterday was a nasty day weather-wise in Minnesota. A cold front raced west to east across almost the entire length of the state causing a large number of tornados. The line of storms stretched from the Minnesota-Iowa border well into the northern part of the state. 3 people lost their lives, several more were injured, and hundreds of homes, farms, schools, and businesses were either damaged or destroyed. Thoughts go out to all of those impacted by the severe weather.
Here at "The Ranch" we had about 15 minutes of intense wind and rain as the front passed through around 7 o'clock in the evening. Just a few small tree branches will need to be cleaned up tomorrow.
