This is so kewl! I been hearing about this concept pretty much all me life, and someone has finally done it! Sort of...
The original idea/design was done back in the early 1900s. The technology just wasn't there to be able to make it work, but now it does. Be prepared to see a vehicle of some sort with the technology in it in our lifetime. I think it would be perfect in a boat first, meself.
