Dar, I work on Air Force KC-135R Stratotanker's "a flying gas station." Basically a Boeing 707 airframe with todays technology. I work on the hydraulic systems and the aerial refueling boom. I spend as much time as I can at this job. It keeps my mind busy.
Soon I will have to go back to my (mindless) civilian job at the W.S. Hwy. Dept. The only reason I stay is the benny's and pay are awesome. But your mind goes to mush there.

Naw..not really...between work and vacation..haven't done hardly anything the past month.

Depending upon cargo and fuel load. We can fly a easy 18 + hrs. I will send you a IM sometime with a web site of our "birds" and specs if you would like.
