Anyone out there have the complete version of Arlo Guthrie's "Alice's Restaurant"???
I had the album, but I let someone borrow it, and I never saw it again. I haven't been able to find it in usable condition(album), and trying to download it has only given me around an 3-4 minute version.
If someone has a cassette, album, or CD they can copy, I'd sure make it worth yer while....

I may have it but its not the "original" version that I first heard wayyyyy back then. I think it may be hidden on my bookshelf under the 27 color glossy photographs with the cirles and arrows and a paragraph on the back. Ill look and see if I can locate it for you. At one time I could recite the entire thing... it dont take much to entertain some folks.

I was able to download it from Yahoo music last year when I subscribed, but they merged with another outfit and my subscription is null and void, and my collection of music is gone

When I used to work midnights a few years ago, the DJ would play Alice's Restaurant, Inagoddavida(spelling?) and some other long song like this. I always thought it was either nap time or his girlfriend was stopping by to see him.
