Paypal keeps preventing me from purchasing 2 since I'm in Kuwait. It asks me if I'm really me and in a foreign country , I say yes and it brings up the normal page but no purchasing info.....

Gosh there gang, I think I got the winning number on the white C-4 in Reno..Yea, just what I need another one, or two, I just purchased tickets on the RED one..I'm with Larry, my signature will be a car show in itself..
