Of course we don't mind. My C3 is no prize either, but it is still a C3! It's not about looks, it's about hanging out together!
Let us know if you register.
Thanks!

I registered at carsatcarlisle.com and indicated C3VR as my club affiliation. Will see all of you there! (I HOPE C3VR's designated parking is not up in the hinterlands, but it really doesn't matter if it is.)
Add one more to the Carlisle headcount, I just pre-registered and will be driving up from Atlanta. Flew up last year for my first trip, BUT this time I have to bring my car I was so lost without it last year. Looking forward to a great time. Rick O. '71 stock convertible.

My 75 is undergoing some much needed work and won't be able to make it to Carlisle. Will I be able to park my other Vette, a C5, in the same space as I would have the C3?

Mark....
Yes they do want the cars removed at the end of the day...although there are always some just parked...
As for security... Yes they do have a bunch of
Carlisle Staff workers on the grounds both paid and
non paid...BUT I sure would NOT call it security.
However I have been entering a car in the fun display
since the very first display and I personally feel the car is about as safe on the field as it is in my garage...
Normally I am "with my car" for maybe an hour total each day... the rest of the day I am walking the fair
grounds in search of that one part I absolutely need
or in search of someone with a cooler full of cold beer
that feels like shooting a little bull... lol
YOU will NOT be parked 21 inches away from the car next to you... etc...and I have only on one ocassion saw some
ASSHOLE finger a car... I have NEVER locked My car on the grounds and I will only put the top up if I am afraid of rain....if I am driving a convertible that is... lol
Just my experiences....

Mark,
I forwarded your questions to the Carlisle Staff... here is their response:
Vehicles may remain on the show field overnight. Owner will need to request a walk-in pass for next day admission. This request should be made at show registration building upon arrival. We have security that make spot checks throughout the night but we do not have any ownership verification when vehicles leave the grounds.
