Vette(s): Used to own a 1979 Corvette now owned by JB79
Scubabix (Rob) has volunteered to get C3VR Members a reserved club parking space at the 2005 Daytona Turkey Run.
He needs to know if anyone is interested in attending this event and parking together.
If so, please reply to this thread and/or email Rob. (You can find his email on his Profile.)
I would like to thank Rob for volunteering to put together another regional C3VR Gathering!! If anyone else would like to do a similar thing for an event in your town, please let me know.

This is the info I have from Daytona Beach Street Rods, the organizers of the Turkey Run. I'll keep you informed of any updates through this forum. I've got to get more specifics on what it takes to get cars newer than 79 into the show. I know they include modifications or paint job type things. If I can get an idea of how many may be interested, I can deal with the DBSR's. If we don't get enough for a club site, or don't want to spend the extra $2 per car, maybe we can arrange to try and park in one area of the field together anyway.
The cut off is 1979 the only exceptions for 1980 and up is if they
meet 4 of the 6 requirements we set down as a custom
( check the web page turkeyrun.com under registration for
requirements) You need 20 vehicles for a club spot and it is $2.00 per
vehicle. This must be collected by you and sent in in one check to
patt who takes care of club parking. Each person must register their
vehicle themselves.

I am planning to go. I have an 80, so that may present an issue for parking with everyone else. I guess 25 years is not old enough? I will be there either way with my car. What are the dates for the spring show?
