Well here's my contribution so far. I used a template which was actually a copy of someone else's site and it was a lot of work to clean it up. Can't figure out how to get rid of the affiliations and make my video links look like live urls....but cool so far - I'm really a rookie at this...

Lose the huge photo at the top and you'll have a good looking site!

It took me a few tries to get the size right on mine also..I put it on and saved it and it was really blurry..maybe we could set up a thread that would show people how we did it and the steps taken to make it easier to do..for people that don't really know anything about it.
