I just finished reading the latest issue of Corvette Fever (Jan 04) and thought the article on C3VR was GREAT !!! 
Hopefully, it will attract a lot of attention and new members to C3VR. 
The picture did not give any particulars as to when / where it was taken or who was in it

It was taken at the C3VR Member Gathering in Herhsey, PA in September 2003.
