The thumbnail thing is really easy. Here's how (just change all of the ? to [ and the ! to ] ):
?URL=the_bigger_image_URL_goes_here!?IMG!the_thumbnail_image_goes_here?/IMG!
(click image to see a bigger version)?/URL!
Keep in mind that if you are referencing an image in either your Personal File Folder or Personal Home Page spaces you do not need to include the "http://www.c3vr.com" in the image URL. Just start with "/member_uploads/......." or "/member_pages/......."
