It turns out that the C3VR event at the NCM has to be moved from it's original September 2004 date.
We have been given our choice of some other months. Please let me know your opinion as to which month you would prefer to attend the C3VR event at the NCM in 2004:
March
Early April
Late June
July
August
Late October
Thanks!

I'd vote for later in July or early August, even tho' it could be hotter than heck there then. Did they give a reason for kicking us around again?

I think I'm going to change my vote to the fall time frame based on some of the other comments in the thread. Looking back attending the 50th it was a tad uncomfortable putting on around 2k in non-air conditioned discomfort. And Jim (stingrayjim) is right, it was toasty enough in late June/early July. Later in July and August could be brutal, plain and simple.
And a little later in the year it should be past the severe storm season as well so won't have to hide under bridges along the way either.

Vette(s): 1979, 350sb, as my kids affectionately call it "shit brown" Corvette purchased in 1996. 84,000+ miles. Not a show car, but I love her just the same.
Adam:
I would place my vote for July. While August sounds good too, that is the month that the Woodward Dream Cruise is held here in Michigan, and there's just too good an opportunity for the NCM date to fall on the WDC date, and I can't be two places at once. Once we get a good date set I'll be better prepared to let you know whether I can attend.
Like Jim I am also curious why we've been bumped from our originally scheduled date, but at this time I don't think it makes much difference.

Late October would be great. The weather is usually fantastic that time of year in Kentucky.

I like the cooler months due to the extreem heat.

I know that I am not here very much but I have been aat the NCM at all times of the year. Late March and early April are good. Also late Oct. During summer is just awful. While early spring or late fall can be sort of chilly, it is much better them summer.
