October or November of next year would be much better weather. . .plus we would be able to see the new C6 Vettes on the assembly line.

July would be my choice

WEU-72 convert. red,black, white top
We have been to the NCM every Labor Day weekend since it opened. It seems to have been very, hot and humid with daily thunder storms every year. We do not have AC. Late October really sounds great.

I vote for the fall--otherwise too hot!!!

As of this post, here is the tally so far:
March - 3 Votes
Early April - 2 Votes
Late June - 1 Vote
July - 3 Votes
August - 1 Vote
Late October - 9 Votes
Looks like Late October has a pretty healthy lead.
Keep in mind, this is a Thursday through Saturday event. Main reason being that we can get maximum Plant Tour time in.
KEEP THE VOTES COMING!

I also vote for spring or fall just so it's not the
weekend of the Corvette Expo in Knoxville. See web site
for dates.

I like October. Big block without air is not fun to drive a long distance in July/August heat!

Vette(s): It's a 1976 L-48 auto Red with Firethorn and white delux interior, 68,000 miles. I have tried to restore it to NCRS specs and have recieved 1 Bronze 3 Silver, 1 Gold Spinner and Top Gun, Best C3 Vette at Chicago's Chevy/Vette Fest.
I vote for October. The later in the year is better for me and the weather is usually pretty nice there at that time of the year. I plan on going and hopefully I will make it!
