Depending on where you live there is almost always a car show around the corner on the calendar.  Any information you come across related to car shows, cruise-ins, charity events, or anything related to wheeled vehicles, and in particular Corvettes, can be posted in the regional event forums for all to see.  As several posts have already mentioned it is a great way to meet up with fellow C3VR members and to also spread the word about C3VR.

Perhaps a little known fact is that also submitting the event information for entry into the Vette Event Calendar adds a little more exposure to the event.  On the calendar events are grouped by state, month/year, outside the USofA, and enmass.

Listing an event on the calendar also has the added benefit of having an e-mail reminder broadcast to active members (who have selected on their C3VR profile to receive event updates) in the region.  The e-mails come out every Tuesday evening for events coming up in the next couple of weeks in your region.

So get out and enjoy the events...!!!

There was a "gremlin"  hiding in the process of handling event and club e-mails and also the Events Calendar display that had gone un-noticed for awhile.        Adam got out the can of "RAID" and took care of it.

The Events Calendar is now up-to-date and the backlog of club info updating will get handled as quickly as possible.

Thanks for the heads-up Mark!  Thanks Chief!
