Fredrick,
You might want to e-mail that info to Adam so he doesn't miss it.
Speaking of missing, we missed you at the Museum for the CCX this year.
Hope to see you at the Gathering next May.

Are you like me? Do you now have over 4GB of storage available?

I see this at the bottom of my account:

You are currently using 9 MB (0%) of your 4257 MB.

It may depend on how long ago your account was created, but basically, I think you start at 2GB, and get more space allocated every day.

Man I love this service!

Well, I finally got all my "saved" stuff transfered from the c3vetteregistry service, and it is now empty! whew....

This g-mail is a little hard to git used to, but it is a lot better, except for not being able to have "folders" to put stuff in...the "labels" deal is just plain weird!

It is kewl, tho, that the storage space allowed keeps going UP...check it out...

It does take a little getting used to, but I do think it is better than traditional email systems.  The "label" is their version of "folders".  The trick is, after you apply a "label" to a message, you have to "archive" it. Then it will only appear in the label/folder area, an no longer in the inbox.

The thing I like best, is the search feature. It is just as fast and as good as doing a regular google we search.

I'll have to check into that "Archive" thingy...(if all else fails,eh?)

I do know the new service will upload a file attachment quicker, which is a big plus for me!
I also love the way it automatically "Saves" your draft/e-mail as you write it, in case something happens. That's way kewl!

Over-all, it is definitely a much better service than before...imo.

Hey...ya'll don't forget...
IF you have an e-mail account from the "@c3vetteregistry.com" service, it will be closed Dec 31st! Be sure to transfer any of your mail, and addresses, before it all gets spewed out into cyberspace!

It only took me about a month to get all my crap moved. Amazingly enough...I still check it every once and a while, and there is ALWAYS some "spam/junk" there!

Oh...and be sure to send out an notification to anyone in your addy book that you have changed e-mail addys!Adams' Apple2007-11-30 20:48:21
