Topic: New Forum Group
in Forum: Official C3 Vette Registry News and Information
In case you hadn't noticed a new forum group has been added on a trial basis. C3VR Member Gatherings & other major events will center around gatherings organized for and by the C3VR membership and other gatherings that C3VR either co-sponsors or will have a membership presence at.
The intent is to focus threads related to these events in one place for ease of access and visibility. A thread announcing the event will still be placed in the appropriate regional events forum with links back to the event related forum. (This year's MAM Funfest will be the trail balloon.)
Please let us know what you think of the idea. If the polling reflects an overwhelming dislike for the concept things will be put back the way they were.
Thanks!

Great idea, Fellas. Are there any plans of setting up a Photo Album of sorts for the Gatherings as well once the trial is over. We all know Micki has so graciously volunteered to create a CD of the 2006 Gathering but not all are able to recieve this, the creation of Photo Album would benefit all, not just a select few. Just my couple pennies.

This was brought up at the members meeting and is in the meeting minutes under the heading "PICTURE POSTING IN FORUMS". Since it is a 'back office' type task (ie - programming and disk space allocation) it falls into Adam's basket of things to do.
