The server has been built!

Next I need to configure it.

Since I don't have time to set it up myself...and you guys seem to still be having trouble, I just told the hosting company to set it up for me.  It's going to cost $150, but I'm not sure when I'll be able to do it myself.  This way...it'll be done probably in the next 24-72 hours.

I'll keep ya posted.
