As you may or may not know, we change the location of the C3VR Annual Member Gathering every year in order to A) Make it more accessible to members, and B) Keep it interesting. In order to do that, we've broken the country into 3 regions: East, Mid, West. Each year we rotate through those regions. In 2013 we were in the West region (Colorado Springs, CO). In 2014 in the Mid region (Little Chute, WI) and in 2015 we'll be in the East region. (Click here to see a map).

About 4 years back, our original and longest time sponsor, Bair's Corvettes, asked us to visit them as part of our East region gathering. At that time, we already had our East region event planned, so I told them that we'd have to wait until 2015 when the rotation brought us back to the east. So here we are needing to plan our 2015 Gathering in the East, and need to make sure we focus on attention on Bair's Corvettes.
Brian Bair, owner of Bair's Corvettes, has enough for us to do at their facility for one day's worth of activities, (tours, seminars, lunch, etc), which leaves 2 other days open. While there are some other things to do around Erie, PA, it seemed best to locate our "home base" for the 2015 Gathering to be closer to a major city that was within a reasonable drive of Erie, PA. There were a few choices.... Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA and Buffalo/Niagara, NY. I reached out to some members of C3VR that live in those three regions to see if they'd be willing/able to help put together an agenda for us for 2015 -- (Key Styer in Cleveland, Dan (The Rook) and Dave (DStoffel) in Pittsburgh, and Sarge/Darryl (Sarge81) and Dave (dads2vette) in Buffalo/Niagara. They all offered up their services and were happy to help. Many thanks to those folks for offering to help out!
With no offense to the other members or their towns, we've decided that the 13th Annual C3VR Member Gathering for 2015 will be in held in the Buffalo/Niagara area Thursday-Saturday, July 9, 10 & 11, 2015. (Of course, we'll have a some sort of a pre-event get-together on Wednesday evening, and a farewell breakfast on Sunday morning for those that are around to take part, too.)
Most of the details have been worked out (see links below). Saturday will include our visit to Bair's Corvettes. And there will be plenty of other great activities, drives and eats throughout the event!
If you've never been to a C3VR Member Gathering and can make this one - DO IT! You won't be sorry!
We hope to see you there!

Crap, we won...I mean, GREAT WE WON!! I just want to point out early that if anyone has any problems it's Sarge's fault. We'll have great stuff planned and will welcome you with open Corvette doors.
Dave C..........My mantra: I can not be bought!! Long and short term leases available.

Yes Dave and I will start planning out Thursday and Friday in our area.
There will be a Wednesday July 8th evening/night "Meet & Greet" dinner at one of our select restaurants.
So keep this weekend open and we'll all have a good time! And if ya don't have a good time, just form a linch mob and we'll hunt down Dave.
Wee! this is fun driving the bus!

***Also a "Enhanced Drivers Licence" will work for going over the border.***

Adam, I thought Bairs Corvette was in Linesville, Pa. When did they move to Erie, Pa ?? Doesn't really matter to me, just curious.

It is, but no one has heard of Linesville. Easier to say Erie.

There won't be enough days to do all the events; Buffalo waterfront, naval park, Pierce-Arrow musuem, Tonawanda Engine plant, Niagara Falls, Hydro-power facility, Maid of the Mist, Power boat ride up the rapids, Lewiston village, Anchor Bar Wings, Vidlers 5&10, Roycroft campus, steam engine railroad ride, to name just a few points of interest on the American side.
It will be difficult to narrow it down to two days.

Fly in Cindy. We'll pick you up at the airport. Plus we'll find you a empty seat. Even if you don't mind riding once in awhile in a Dodge Challenger.
