Hey Adam, I clicked on various member's profile pictures and it brings me to my profile page...I'd thought I could see a bigger version of the picture...

Nope. There is no larger picture to be seen. The one you see is the only size there is.

I made it clickable to make it easier for people to find out where to add their picture.

Nope!!!  I did everything according to Adams instructions.  Even got the window with the picture saying this is what the image will look like.  But no show.  Oh well, must be an ugly photo.

Dean it is a bit tricky...
make sure you have put in your password as that lets you make changes and then on the bottom of the page....all the way down it says  "Save Changes" you have to click on that button and that should do it.

Ok........I put in my p-werd.  Went to the bottom of the page and clicked on Update Profile.
It took me back to the top of the page, where it said in red, Your Profile has been updated.

I then follow instructions to upload foto, and get the window with the correct picture and it says this is what the image will look like.

Still no Pic.  Sorry guys, still doing something wrong.
Thanks for the help anyway.

Ok... here's specifically what you need to do:

  1. Go to "My Profile" under the "My Account" (there's a lot of ways to get there, but this is one of them).
  2. On the 2nd line of your profile, enter your current password.
  3. Scroll down to the line that says "Profile Picture"
  4. Click the link that says "Click to Upload and Image" (under your current or blank profile picture)
  5. A window will pop-up that allows you to upload the photo. Follow the instructions on that page to choose a file and upload it.
  6. After it uploads, READ the instructions on the page that follows (it shows your uploaded photo).  There will be instructions to "click here to automatically into the box on the page you are on"  (this will close the pop-up window and put the photo URL in the profile picture URL box.
  7. You don't have to do this step, but if you want to make sure it worked, click the box that has the profile picture URL in it now, and that should update the picture within your profile.
  8. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Update Profile" button.
That should be it.
It seems like a lot of steps and a lot of work, but it isn't.

Hopefully this will get you all set.
