I am still in need of Event Coordinators for the following regions:

* Mid Central Region (MI, IN, OH)
* North West Region (MT, WY, ND, SD, NE)
* North Pacific Region (AK, WA, OR, ID)
* South Pacific Region (CA, NV, UT, AZ, HI)
* National U.S. Events
* Outside U.S. Events

Here is what is required of you as an Event Coordinator:

1) Be responsible for updating the Event Calendar for your region.
Whenever you become aware of events in your region, go to the "Vette Events Calendar" on the "Community" menu, then click the "Add Event" link to add the information.

2) Post messages in the Your Region's Event Forum regarding event news for your region.
Whenever you become aware of events or news of events in your region, go to the Your Region's Event Forum, and post a message with the information.

3) Send out weekly emails to the C3VR Members in your region.
EVERY Friday, as soon as you get a chance, you will go to a special page on the site just for Event Coordinators and follow the instructions to automatically send emails to all the C3VR
members in your region. You don't have to use your own email program, just click a button or two on the special page on the site.

If you need someone to coordinate the North East, I would be happy to help. I am sure that I'm not the most knowledgeable about events planned for '03, but I'll be happy to try and lend a hand.

Well Hubby is the Events Coordinator for basically the same area over at the ''OTHER'' Forum...so this way we can work on things together!!
