Everyones orders have been delayed by my supplier. I just got off the phone with them and they claim orders will ship on Tuesday.

I'm very sorry for the unacceptable delay.  We are at the unfortunate mercy of my supplier at this point.

I just got off the phone with the supplier.  The woman said the items are shipping out today via UPS.  I asked her if she can expidite their delivery. She said she'd see what she can do.  Hopefully everyone will have their order by mid-late next week.  Again, I am SO sorry for how long this has taken.  I'm glad this is the last time I am ordering with them!
