I just posted a thread in "heating and cooling" and very quickly got thrown off the site. Then I had to re-type my username and password to re-log-on

Whats the deal !! I have complained before about this situation with no response. This is the only website on the internet that this happens to me.

I know that others on this site have stated before that this also happens to them.

I really like this place but find myself avoiding it because I always have problems logging on,,,and logging on,,,and logging on.......well, get the picture.

Can't anything be done about this....Rich

Rich,
You have mentioned this before, and you have been responded to before. Please see your last thread about it.
I'm not sure why you just got kicked off. Is it possible that you took longer than 20 minutes to enter your post. (Either physically took 20 minutes to enter it, or was on the page that you enter your reply, walked away from the computer for a while, came back, started typing, then submitted it)?
I usually get an email form the system when it resets, and at the time you posted this message, I did not receive any emails about a system reset.
Is anyone else having a problem with getting booted off the site while actively moving around it? (in other words, not after sitting idle for more than 20 minutes).
At some point, when I have the time, money and resources to do it, I will upgrade the site to a more reliable code base.

never had a problem 1.
I can see where that "having to log back on while scrolling" deal would be very frustrating though.
