"Contact Us" page problem

Hey Gang,

Through a series of indirect clues it was discovered that the "Contact Us" page was not functioning correctly (as in e-mails were not getting generated/delivered).  So if you used that page recently to ask for help/support with a problem or for any other reason your e-mail was not received.

The problem has been corrected and the page is functioning again.  SORRY 'BOUT THAT...!!!
