As suspected, the problem is that your email provider is rejecting messages from our new server.  You will have to contact them to tell them about this problem and ask them how to fix it.

I sent you an email from my personal account with the info. Hopefully you'll get that.

Dear Terry,

Thank you for that information.

We have reviewed the header you have sent and have determined the source of the error. We have also reviewed the error with an advanced support department. The message states "Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 SPF unauthorized mail is prohibited." which points to an error on the sender's side. They need to update their SPF records, something you are unable to do for them but you can certainly advise them of this.

Please let us know if we can assist you any other way.

Regards,

Vaughn P.

OK so the problem is with the sender, and I can't change my email address. So do I give up????

I think the problem is still there. Can you give me the email address of he support person you heard from?  I want to email them and ask if they can give me full details of what they think the problem is on my end.

Thanks.

It looks like the problem may have stopped with your radiator email, but not your sbc email.  ARG!

Testing...testing....1-2-3....stay tuned to see if Terry gets his mail....

Terry...do you not have a C3VR e-mail account? Or, do you have so many now, you can't handle one more? I'm pretty sure a C3VR account would always get the messages....mine does.
Just tinkin out loud here....
