Here is my step by step method:
1. Select a picture that you want to have in your signature. Crop it. resize it, reduce the resolution so that the number of pixels is less than 1 MEG.
2. Save the picture in one of your folders.
3. Open C3VR.com and place your cursor over My Account and Left Click (LC) on My Personal File Folder.
4. LC on the Browse button.
5. Find the picture you saved and double LC on it.
6. LC on the Upload File button.
7. When you see the file name in Your C3 Vette Registry File Folder, LC on it to be sure it looks good.
8. Use the Back arrow to go back to the previous screen.
9. Highlight the name of your picture file. The easiest way to do this is to place the cursor at the far right end of the file name, press and hold the left key and drag the cursor to the far left end of the file name. Make sure all if it is highlighted. Release the key.
10. With the cursor over the highlighted name, Right Click (RC).
11. On the pop up menu, LC on Copy.
12. Go up to the top, place your cursor over My Account and LC on My Profile.
13. LC in the Password box and type in your password.
14. Scroll down to the Forum Signature box, type in the text you want in you signature.
15. When you are ready to place your picture, LC the Image button.
16. You will see !IMG! !IMG!. The ! is really a |. These are HTML tags.
17. Place the cursor between the two tags and RC.
18. LC on Paste in the pop up window. The name of you file should appear.
19. You can add more text after the picture if you want.
20. Scroll down to the bottom and LC on the Update button.
That's it. Once you have done it several times, it will seem easy.
Of course, Adam is going to be working on a way to automate most of this, but you still may want the flexibility of doing it this way.
If you are still having problems, send me an e-mail or IM.
If this works for most everyone, we can put it in the tips and tricks.
Good luck.

Hello,
Allright, I admit that I am a computer nit-wit. Can someone post a picture for me if I e-mail it to you?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Tom
