After 50 emails from c3vr telling me that something of interest had been posted, I discovered the check box on the reply form. It defaults to inform me by email of all new posts on that thread. Can it default to unchecked where we don't have to remember to "uncheck" the box? Might be more user friendly that way. Just a thought, after a hundred more emails, I'll probably start remembering to uncheck it anyway. daveb1238385.7138888889

Upper right you will see a button called SETTINGS.
Click on it.
Then select Forum Preferences.
Set the yes and no buttons for way you would like the default to be.

Then you should be all set.

While what Dave said will work... please keep in mind it will only affect new posts going forward.  Any thread you already "subscribed" to will stay subscribed.

If you want to see a list of thread you are subscribed to, click the "Settings" button above, then click the "Email Notification Subscriptions" link. Check the box(es) next to the thread(s) you want to unsubscribe from, then click the "Unsubscribe" button.  You can unsubscribe from all threads on your list by checking the topmost checkbox (which should automatically select all of them for you), then click the Unsubscribe button.

By the way... on the one hand... you can look at all those emails as a positive thing... members are using the site and being active!

OK guys, got it!!!!!!!!! Fixed my settings. Thanks for the help!

Still trying to learn the new format, I guess I'm getting too old to easily accept change.

Change is good.

Otherwise, we'd all be driving 1953 Corvettes, white with red interiors.
