having trouble with the instant message button from the forums drop down list.it won`t load. anyone else having this issue? bob

strange, when i ckick on the users online, it shows that I am in instant messages when i am actually here in Support Issues and can`t get into instant messages. ?????
well , ok that changed, but still can`t load instant messages.

Under the "Forums" menu, the "Instant Messenger" link needs to open in a new browser window. So if you have pop-up blocker turned on (either in your browser settings or toolbar (like Google or Yahoo) setting, you'll have to make sure that pop-ups are allowed from C3VR.com.

Bob, you may need to log out and back in.
Also, the Log for who's on-line at any given time, and where they are isn't updated instantly, so it may show you in one forum when you are actually in another.
As far as the IM issue, make sure your virus protection, or browser, is set to "allow" pop-ups from C3VR. This is usually the problem when the IM doesn't come up...the pop-up blocker is preventing it.
At least that's how mine all work....
