We tuned all day and finally gave up without making a pull, she has a problem on # 8 cylinder. Might be a spring, might be a lifter and might be something worse. I made the decision to abort the dyno pull until I find the bug. I am bringing her to Hot Springs with a slight sputter on # 8. Probably her last trip until I tear it back down. I probably will find a lifter with (Made in China) stamped on it.
Can you imagine the huge Hp talking guys that get brought down a notch by Genes Lie Detector.
He builds race, drag, turbo, blown, you name it here in town and its always fun to hear the stories of who was there with what. There are some fairly big names that come in quietly and unload right into the bay and close the doors for a pull or 3
